We are writing this letter to express our total satisfaction with our experience with Alice Ohme as our Real Estate Agent. We recently sold our condo in Woodpark while living out of state in Washington. This was destined to be a difficult proposition made even more difficult due to the covid virus. Within 2 weeks Alice had been able to secure an out of state buyer for us at an acceptable price. This should have been totally good news but the ....buyer chose a totally unknown out of state lender. This lender dragged their feet, miscommunicated, procrastinated and generally wasn't completely honest with us. Undaunted, Alice pursued the deal and made sure she was present to insure the Appraiser understood and valued all improvements we had made over the years. Then literally, at the 11th hour the lender backed out of the deal. Alice, not willing to give up, negotiated an extension and got the buyer to agree to an all cash deal....Alice was able to get the deal closed. Alice wasn't finished however until she insured that our wire transfer was delivered. Alice was in constant communication with us during the process oftentimes calling or texting us multiple times a day. During the entire process we always knew she had our best interest at heart.
