These are displayed in information boxes (if allowed and appropriate) as well as used at open houses, in mailings, at showings, etc. Included on the flyers are the important details about the property, so that everyone interested in your property has all the right facts.
  4. I send out “Just Listed” cards to the surrounding area on my listings. These go out within several days after listing the property and they work very well.
  5. I make the best use of the local MLS by including the maximum number of quality pictures for each listing, as well as utilizing all available space for remarks as well as having complete details on every aspect of your property.
